Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of FHAExpressLoans.com (the "Site"), operated by Matthew Brown, Sr. Loan Originator / Mortgage Broker. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms may be revised at any time by posting an updated version, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the changes.
What “Express” means on this Site
“Express” in the Site's name refers only to: express answers (the short, direct answer boxes at the top of pages), Express Checks (brief self-check tools that run in your browser), and an express line to Matthew (contacting a licensed mortgage broker directly instead of a call center).
Express Check results are general orientation based on your own answers. They are not a pre-qualification, pre-approval, eligibility determination, or credit decision.
Educational content, not advice or an offer
Content on the Site is general educational information about FHA-insured mortgages and related topics. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice and isn't tailored to your circumstances. Before making decisions, consult the appropriate licensed professionals — your loan originator, attorney, tax advisor, and real estate agent — along with official HUD resources.
Not affiliated with HUD, FHA, or any government agency
The Site is an independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation, or any other government agency. References to government programs describe publicly available information. For official FHA information, visit HUD.gov.
Accuracy of information
Reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate, but no guarantee is made that it is complete or current. HUD guidelines, mortgage insurance rules, county loan limits, assistance programs, and lender requirements change, and some content may become outdated. Examples are illustrations only. Confirm current rules for your situation before relying on anything on the Site.
